Our ribs are Spanish white pig. These are the best ribs for a real meaty taste.

We smoke our ribs for 1 hour at 68 degrees using hickory cherry wood. Once smoked we up the temperature between 112 to 121 degrees for 1.45hrs depending on the size of the ribs. This cooking process makes the ribs extra tender! All you have to do is choose your baked sauced. Checkout the ribs on quality food at reasonable prices !
